MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 78

        In section 86K of the Police Regulation Act 1958 —

        (a)     in sub-section (1)(b), after "Director" insert "or any other person";

        (b)     sub-section (2) is repealed .
