MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 99

In section 133 of the Police Regulation Act 1958 —

        (a)     in sub-section (1), after "Part IVA" (where secondly occurring) insert "as amended by the Major Crime Legislation (Office of Police Integrity) Act 2004 and the Major Crime (Investigative Powers) Act 2004 ,";

        (b)     in sub-section (2), after "Part IVA" (where secondly occurring) insert "as amended by the Major Crime Legislation (Office of Police Integrity) Act 2004 and the Major Crime (Investigative Powers) Act 2004 ".
