MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2014 (NO. 26 OF 2014) - SECT 367

    (1)     The Secretary may make a Code of Practice.

    (2)     Before making a Code of Practice the Secretary may consult one or more of the following—

        (a)     the Commissioner;

        (b)     the chief psychiatrist;

        (c)     the President of the Tribunal;

        (d)     any designated mental health service;

        (e)     any carer group;

        (f)     any consumer advocacy group;

        (g)     any other person that the Secretary considers should be consulted.
