MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 12

    (1)     The Freeway Corporation may, by instrument, delegate to one or more approved persons any of the powers and functions of the Freeway Corporation under—

        (a)     this Act or the regulations; or

        (b)     the Road Management Act 2004 or the regulations under that Act.

    (2)     The Governor in Council may, by Order published in the Government Gazette, approve persons for the purposes of this section.
