Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may, by instrument, delegate to any person any of the powers of the Minister under this Act or the Agreement.
(2) A delegate of a power under sub-section (1) may, subject to any conditions to which the delegation is subject, sub-delegate that power to any other person or persons or body if the instrument of delegation authorises its sub-delegation.
(3) Sections 42 and 42A of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 apply to a sub-delegation authorised by this section in the same way as they apply to a delegation.
