Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Governor in Council, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may fix a day for the commencement of tolling on the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway or part of the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway.
(2) A day fixed under sub-section (1) must be determined in accordance with this Act and the Agreement.
