Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 3(1) of the Road Management Act 2004 insert the following definitions—
' "Mitcham-Frankston Freeway" means the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway within the meaning of the Mitcham-Frankston Project Act 2004 ;
"Mitcham-Frankston Freeway Agreement" means the Agreement within the meaning of the Mitcham-Frankston Project Act 2004 ;
"Mitcham-Frankston Freeway Corporation" , in relation to a provision of this Act, means the person who, for the time being, is declared under section 10 of the Mitcham-Frankston Project Act 2004 to be the Freeway Corporation in relation to that provision;'.
(2) In section 3(1) of the Road Management Act 2004 in the definition of "State road authority" for "or the Link corporation" substitute ", the Link corporation or the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway Corporation".
