Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An enforcement officer may serve or cause to be served an infringement notice on any person whom he or she has reason to believe has committed an offence under section 204.
(2) An enforcement officer may cause to be served together with an infringement notice a notice containing information about the requirements arising under this Act in relation to the use of a vehicle on the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway.
(3) An enforcement officer may rely on a certificate under section 222 in forming a belief under sub-section (1).
