MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 263

Road Management Act 2004—application

After section 5(8) of the Road Management Act 2004 insert —

    "(8A)     This Act is subject to the Mitcham-Frankston Project Act 2004 and the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway Agreement.

    (8B)     The Mitcham-Frankston Freeway Corporation must not exercise any power or carry out any duty under this Act in a manner that is not consistent with the Mitcham-Frankston Project Act 2004 or the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway Agreement.".
