MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 269

After section 71(5) of the Road Management Act 2004 insert —

    "(5A)     An authorised officer appointed under sub-section (1) may exercise the powers of an authorised officer in respect of the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway as if VicRoads were the responsible road authority if—

        (a)     the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway Corporation has so requested; and

        (b)     there is a written arrangement with the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway Corporation.".
