MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 35

Subject to this Division, the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 applies to this Act and for that purpose—

        (a)     the Mitcham-Frankston Project Act 2004 is the special Act; and

        (b)     the Southern and Eastern Integrated Transport Authority is the Authority.
