MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 9
Application of Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978
For the purposes of this Act, the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 is deemed to
have effect as if, in that Act,
the terms "land" and "Crown land" had the same meanings as in this Act.
