MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 40

    (1)     If any interest in land to be acquired under section 34 is held by a licensee or lessee of the Crown, the Authority must notify the Secretary to the Department of Sustainability and Environment of the intention to acquire the interest.

    (2)     The notice must include a description of the interest to be acquired.
