Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Authority may purchase land for the purposes of the Project in any area outside the Project area.
(2) The Authority may purchase land in any area outside the Project area for the purpose of preservation, restoration or provision of native habitat.
(3) The Authority may purchase the whole of a parcel of land even if only part of the land is required for the purposes of the Project or for the purposes of sub-section (2).
(4) If the Authority acquires part of a parcel of land under section 34, it may purchase the rest of the parcel of land under this Division even if the rest of the parcel is not required for the purposes of the Project or for the purposes of sub-section (2).
