Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Authority may carry out or authorise any person or body to carry out works on public land in the Extended Project area for the purposes of the Project.
(2) The Authority must consult with any Minister or public authority that owns or is responsible for the management of public land before carrying out or authorising the carrying out of works on that land.
(3) The Authority must not carry out or authorise the carrying out of works on reserved Crown land unless—
(a) the works are not inconsistent with the reservation of the land; or
(b) the reservation is revoked.
