Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsThe impoundment, immobilisation or forfeiture of a vessel under this Part arising out of the commission of a relevant offence is in addition to, and does not limit or otherwise affect, any penalty that may be imposed on the person for the relevant offence other than under this Part.
