Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Without derogating from any other functions or powers of the Director under any other Act, the Safety Director may do all things that are necessary or convenient to enable him or her to carry out his or her functions, including, but not limited to, the powers specified in Schedule 1.
(2) Despite subsection (1), the Safety Director must not exercise any of his or her powers in a way that is inconsistent with the regulations.
