NATIONAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ORDER SCHEME ACT 2016 (NO. 53 OF 2016) - SECT 38

In this Division—

"court" means—

        (a)     the Magistrates' Court; or

        (b)     the Children's Court;

"registrar" means—

        (a)     in relation to the Magistrates' Court, a registrar of that court;

        (b)     in relation to the Children's Court, a registrar of that court.
