NORTH EAST LINK ACT 2020 (NO. 18 OF 2020) - SECT 149

Right to recover for damage to road

After section 112(3)(bc) of the Road Management Act 2004 insert —

    "(bd)     the North East Link State Tolling Corporation in respect of damage to a road arising because of the operation or effect of the North East Link road; or".
