OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS ACT 2018 (NO. 6 OF 2018) - SECT 63

In section 314(3) of the Crimes Act 1958 —

        (a)     for "declaration or" (where 5 times occurring) substitute "or";

        (b)     for "affirmation or declaration" (where twice occurring) substitute "or affirmation".
