OATHS AND AFFIRMATIONS ACT 2018 (NO. 6 OF 2018) - SECT 62

In section 152(2) of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958 —

        (a)     paragraphs (a) and (b) are repealed ;

        (b)     in paragraph (c) omit "other".
