Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may make regulations prescribing codes of practice in relation to the engagement of contractors.
(2) A code of practice may require hirers to adopt the standards of conduct and practice set out in the code with respect to contractors or classes of contractors.
