OWNER DRIVERS AND FORESTRY CONTRACTORS ACT 2005 (NO 49 OF 2005) - SECT 47

    (1)     This Division applies if, in a proceeding in relation to a dispute, the Tribunal makes an order—

        (a)     declaring void a term of a regulated contract; or

        (b)     inserting a term into a regulated contract; or

        (c)     otherwise varying a regulated contract.

    (2)     In this Division, an order referred to in sub-section (1) is called a "contract variation order" .
