Simplified outline—Part 2.1

In section 70 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in subsection (7), after "petroleum recovery operations" insert "and underground petroleum storage operations";

        (b)     in subsection (11), for "and certain operations relating to the recovery of petroleum," substitute "certain operations relating to the recovery of petroleum and certain operations relating to underground petroleum storage".
