OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 42 OF 2024) - SECT 11

In section 148 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in subsection (2), after "recover petroleum" insert ", or carry on underground petroleum storage operations,";

        (b)     in subsection (4), after "operations" insert "and underground petroleum storage operations".
