PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 289

In section 39 of the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 —

        (a)     for " Health Act 1958 " substitute " Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ";

        (b)     for ", the Radiation Act 2005 and the Health (Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2001" substitute "and the Radiation Act 2005 ".
