PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 290

Therapeutic Goods (Victoria) Act 1994

In section 3 of the Therapeutic Goods (Victoria) Act 1994 for the definition of Victorian Secretary substitute —

""Victorian Secretary" means the Secretary within the meaning of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 .".
