POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 (NO. 57 OF 2014) - SECT 127

Powers of VCAT on rehearing

In determining a rehearing, VCAT may decide to—

        (a)     affirm the order of VCAT at first instance; or

        (b)     vary the order of VCAT at first instance; or

        (c)     set aside the order of VCAT at first instance and make another order in substitution for it.
