Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the making of an application for a rehearing does not affect the operation of any order to which the application relates or prevent the taking of action to enforce the order.
(2) VCAT may make an order staying the operation of an order to which an application for rehearing relates pending the determination of the rehearing of the application.
