POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 (NO. 57 OF 2014) - SECT 6

Definitions

In this Part—

"statutory owner" has the same meaning as in the Settled Land Act 1958 ;

"tenant for life" has the same meaning as in the Settled Land Act 1958 ;

"trustee" includes a tenant for life and a statutory owner.
