SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 40

Loitering near schools etc. by sexual offender

In section 49N(3) of the Crimes Act 1958 —

        (a)     in paragraph (c)(i) of the definition of relevant offence , after " 1994 " insert "despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ";

        (b)     in paragraph (a) of the definition of "sexual offence", for "or 50F(1)" substitute ", 50F(1), 53H(1), 53I(1), 53J(1) or 53K(1)".
