SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 41

In section 53A of the Crimes Act 1958 —

        (a)     the definition of commercial sexual services is repealed ;

        (b)     in the example at the foot of paragraph (c) of the definition of "threat"—

              (i)     omit "brothel";

              (ii)     omit "sex".
