SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 45

    (1)     In section 38A of the Summary Offences Act 1966 —

        (a)     in the definition of "school premises", for "situated;" substitute "situated.";

        (b)     the definition of sex work is repealed .

    (2)     In section 38A of the Summary Offences Act 1966 insert the following definitions—

""child" means a person who is under 18 years of age;

"commercial sexual services" has the same meaning as in section 35(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 ;".
