Sex work at or near certain places

    (1)     In the heading to section 38B of the Summary Offences Act 1966 , for " Sex work " substitute " Commercial sexual services ".

    (2)     In section 38B(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Summary Offences Act 1966 , for "sex work" substitute "commercial sexual services".
