SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 53

    (1)     Section 84 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 is repealed .

    (2)     For section 91(1) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 substitute —

    "(1)     A person who provides commercial sexual services within meaning of section 35(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 does not act as an introduction agent merely by providing a commercial sexual services or by doing anything incidental to the provision of those services.".

    (3)     In section 92(1) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 —

        (a)     in paragraph (g), for " 2019 ; or" substitute " 2019 .";

        (b)     paragraph (h) is repealed .
