SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 54

Effect of suspension

    (1)     In section 121(2) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 —

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for " 1986 ; or" substitute " 1986 —";

        (b)     paragraph (c) is repealed .

    (2)     Section 121(5) of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 is repealed .
