(a) in subparagraph (i), after "(8F)" insert ", (8FAA) (except section 53N)";
(b) in subparagraph (iii), after " 1994 " insert "despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ".
(2) In section 4(2) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 , after " 1994 " insert ", despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ,".
(3) In section 4(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 , for "53A" substitute "35(1)".
