SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 68

New section 457 inserted in Chapter 10

After section 456 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 insert —

        "     457     Transitional provision—Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022

The amendments made to this Act by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 apply to a criminal proceeding for an offence alleged to have been committed on or after the repeal of the Sex Work Act 1994 .".
