SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 77

In section 18(1)(a) of the Rooming House Operators Act 2016 —

        (a)     in subparagraph (i), omit "or an offence connected with sex work";

        (b)     after subparagraph (i) insert —

    "(ia)     an offence against section 5(1), 6(1), 7(1), 8(1), 9(1), 10(1) or 11(1) of the Sex Work Act 1994 despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ; or";

        (c)     in subparagraph (ii), after "(i)" insert "or (ia)".
