SEX WORK DECRIMINALISATION ACT 2022 (NO. 7 OF 2022) - SECT 78

    (1)     After clause 1(a)(xvid) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 insert —

    "(xvida)     section 53H(1) (causing or inducing a child to take part in commercial sexual services);

        (xvidb)     section 53I(1) (obtaining a commercial benefit, payment or reward for commercial sexual services provided by a child);

        (xvidc)     section 53J(1) (agreement for provision of commercial sexual services by a child);

        (xvidd)     section 53K(1) (allowing a child to take part in commercial sexual services);".

    (2)     In clause 1(db) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 , after " 1994 " insert "despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ".
