"41A An offence against section 53H(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 (causing or inducing a child to take part in commercial sexual services).
41B An offence against section 53I(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 (obtaining a commercial benefit, payment or reward for commercial sexual services provided by a child).
41C An offence against section 53J(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 (agreement for provision of commercial sexual services by a child).
41D An offence against section 53K(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 (allowing a child to take part in commercial sexual services).".
(2) In item 48 of Schedule 1 to the Serious Offenders Act 2018 , after "work)" insert "despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ".
(3) In item 49 of Schedule 1 to the Serious Offenders Act 2018 , after "child)" insert "despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ".
(4) In item 50 of Schedule 1 to the Serious Offenders Act 2018 , after "child)" insert "despite its repeal by the Sex Work Decriminalisation Act 2022 ".
