Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The construction of a building or the construction or carrying out of works in an alpine resort is a high impact activity if the construction of the building or the construction or carrying out of the works would result in significant ground disturbance.
(2) In this regulation, "alpine resort" has the same meaning as in the Alpine Resorts Act 1983 .
