A cultural heritage management plan is not required under regulation 6 for an activity if, before the commencement day, all of the site information collected in an archaeological survey carried out for the activity had been provided to the Secretary in accordance with section 22(5)(b) of the Archaeological and Aboriginal Relics Preservation Act 1972 .
