Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA cultural heritage management plan is not required under regulation 6 for an activity if, immediately before the commencement day, a consent given for the activity under section 21U of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 of the Commonwealth was in force to do an act referred to in section 21U(1) of that Act.
