Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The report and consent of the relevant council must be obtained to an application for a building permit that requires the installation or alteration of a septic tank system or the construction of a building over an existing septic tank system.
(2) In this regulation "septic tank system" has the same meaning as it has in Part IXB of the Environment Protection Act 1970 .
