    (1)     In regulation 5(2) of the Principal Regulations, after "apply to" insert "television sets,".

    (2)     In regulation 5(4)(a) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "3.4, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7" substitute "3.3, 3.4 and 3.5";

        (b)     for "laboratory; or" substitute "laboratory.".

    (3)     Regulation 5(4)(b) of the Principal Regulations is revoked .
