New regulation 5A inserted

After regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations insert —

" 5A Television sets

Television sets must comply with the minimum energy performance standards set out in section 5 of AS/NZS 62087.2.2 when tested in accordance with AS/NZS 62087.1 by an accredited or approved laboratory.".
