Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA person who has lit, kindled, maintained or used a fire, or who has been left in charge of a fire, in a temporary structure in a fire protected area during the prohibited period must extinguish the fire immediately when directed to do so by an authorised officer or a member of the police force.
