Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsFor the purposes of Part 5 of the Act, if an IBAC Officer was a member of staff of the Office of Police Integrity authorised to use defensive equipment immediately before the commencement of section 16 of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Amendment (Investigative Functions) Act 2012 , an appropriate course of training within the meaning of section 102(2A) of the Police Integrity Act 2008 as in force immediately before its repeal is taken to be a prescribed course of training.
