INFRINGEMENTS (GENERAL) FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 61 OF 2009) - REG 6

    (1)     After item 9A.1B in Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, insert —

    "9A.1C     Sections 191Q(2) and 191Q(4) and 191QA(1), 191Q(2) and 191Q(4) and 191QA(2), 191Q(2A) and 191Q(4) and 191QA(2), 191T(6), 191V(2), 191ZN(3), 191ZO(2), 191ZOA(1), 191ZOA(2), 191ZOA(3), 191ZW(1), 191ZW(3) and 191ZX(3).".

    (2)     In item 9A.2 in Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, after "217(1)," insert "265(1), 266(1),".
